ABOUT SHE PLAYS

She Plays is a nonprofit for the female athlete, her coaches and parents. 

The mission of She Plays is to encourage, educate and empower female athletes to be confident on and off the field of play. 

She Plays hopes to better the playing field for ALL girls.

She Plays aims to:

Encourage.

Providing positive messages through social media, team visits and mentoring.

 

Educate.

Mentoring athletes, coaches and parents through one-on-one and team coaching services, as well as through camps, events and traveling to teams, schools and churches. 

 

Empower.

Coaching athletes how to effectively set goals, exhibit mental toughness, and build a positive self image that transcends the field of play.
