Meet the Coaches!
Former teammates while at Iowa State University, Coaches Sara 'Boisen' Schwertfeger and Erica Lynn Douglas started their hurdle clinics because they wanted other young girls to find confidence, community and self-improvement through the vehicle of track and field, and most specifically hurdles! Continuing their track and field careers as coaches for local Iowa high schools, they have each coached State Champions, Drake Relays Champions, and numerous state and school record holders in the hurdle events.
